In particular one of the Destination experts Anddy Males was incredibly helpful with suggestions and recommended excursions prior to my arrival, even responding on his day off. I felt very welcomed even before I arrived

Excelent service, breakfast and massages.
Rooms could be more sophisticated as the common areas. The room service food has no quality at all, something that should be renewed.
But the overall experience was great, the service was very good.
