I purchased a CASAINC touchless kitchen faucet about two years ago and was very happy with it overall. Recently, the touchless sensor started malfunctioning, so I contacted customer support for assistance.

The representative was responsive, knowledgeable, and walked me through several troubleshooting steps to try to resolve the issue. Although the troubleshooting didn't fix the problem, I appreciated their patience and willingness to help.

What impressed me most was that CASAINC stood behind its product. After determining that the sensor issue couldn't be resolved, they promptly arranged for a replacement faucet. It's refreshing to find a company that honors its warranty and takes customer satisfaction seriously.

While I wish the original sensor had lasted longer, the excellent customer service and hassle-free replacement process left me with a very positive impression. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to purchase from CASAINC again.

We had some glass that showed up with scratches on it and they replaced it for free, great to work with.

I bought a nice tub faucet assembly that was very well built and easy to install. It is a very sturdy product made of solid materials and has a nice clean, modern look. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a quality product give Casa Inc a try. I ended up having an issue with supply hoses to feed the faucet assembly. I could not find the hoses anywhere so I reached to to Casa Inc and they were extremely helpful. Thank you for a great experience.

I bought a shower system kit that is casainc brand. I cant explain to u how happy i am with the product. My kids used to shower in5 minutes, now they are taking their time of how relaxing they feel because of water flow from the shower head. There is a handheld shower head and a fixed shower head which both are useful . The material is amazing , real stainless steel that doesnt rust . I recommend this brand to any one willing to buy bath products.
