I placed an order on Jan 12th, and received an order confirmation email. 3 days later and no update, but my account with them said "completed". Panic set in about being scammed due to reviews. I sent an email to chase my order on the 15th, but no reply. I did, however, receive my order on the 19th from Germany. Really happy with the quality of the case - glossy, bright images and feels really durable (opted for the tough case). Better communication would go a long way.

Why is this company still allowed to trade when they have scammed so many people.
I have tried to get in touch with them over an order I placed and nothing.

Phone case arrived but only had space for cards and not cash so wanted to return it. No response to email or online form. Telephone number provided on website is not recognized. Why are magazines recommending this website?!

I think it's a scam website. After a long delay with no information, I was surprised when a case arrived. It's a low quality, warped Imak case, I'm guessing it was a reject or second. I'll have to throw it out and get a new one from elsewhere. The website implies they make cases themselves "At CaseFace, we make phone cases that are anything but ordinary," but clearly that's not the case.

Ordered a phone case for £15, never received it.

It’s a scam. I ordered a watch strap, it arrived in the wrong size. I’ve got in touch multiple times asking for a replacement and had no reply.

Scammed out of £18. Placed an order, was charged and received no order confirmation. Attempted to contact customer service three times and had no response. Needless to say my order never showed up

Ordered phone case 7 days ago tried contacting them but no reply, feel like £13 waisted.

Ordered a phone case 5 days ago, still hasn't been posted. Tried contacting customer service, had no reply. Very poor service. Either provide me with my item or refund me please.
