Placed an order on 17th April 2026, nothing heard since. Nearly a month has passedI Have tried multiple ways to contact them though phone calls, emails, online chat but nothing.
Email from Evri on 27th April saying awaiting order. Nothing since.
One of the cases fell apart with a week. Won’t be buying again.
I returned my item due to poor quality, I had to fight for a return and a month later still not received a refund despite sending the item back. Impossible to get a response from anyone, a really poor service.
Awful!! Please avoid this company!! Phone case should have arrived 3 weeks ago poor customer service! Ignored all emails - I did a charge back with my bank and suddenly they dispatched the item. I’ll be refusing delivery and getting a refund. Please avoid this company they are nothing but scammers !
