The site is really great. Cases have quite good chances of winning and it's genuinely fun to open them because of the animations they have. I've only 1 complain - the giveaways are quite confusing. You don't understand when the giveaway's gonna end, so adding a timer would be great. Other than that - the site is really well made.

Tiktok challenge
Well, you guys have this tiktok challenge thing but it doesnt really work for me. I put in a video with the websites name and my profile and me opening a box and it got 1000 views. I turned in it but it says that i should try again after u guys reviewed it. Then i turned it in again and i accidently took the wrong video, now im very mad because it takes like 24 hours til i get my video back and then put in the right video and hope it works. Otherwise the website is good but i just want my tiktok challenge:(

I understand that you reset some items because I canceled my trades, and I accept that there may be rules regarding that. There is no issue with you removing items like the Huntsman Black Laminate that were obtained from platform balance.
However, my concern is about the items I obtained directly with my own money and effort.
I deposited $2 and won a Golden Coil valued at $104.17. I then converted it into Blue Steel Shadow Daggers and withdrew it to my Steam account. Later, again using my own funds, I deposited and obtained an AK-47 Nouveau Rouge and also withdrew it to my Steam account.
All of these were earned legitimately with my own money. The AK-47 Slate and M4A1-S Night Terror were skins I deposited to CaseHug as balance and later tried to withdraw due to a financial miscalculation. During this process, the Shadow Daggers I had already withdrawn were also returned to my CaseHug inventory, and shortly after, both items were removed.
What I am asking is simple: please restore the items that I earned with my own money. I am not asking for anything gained from bonus balance or platform winnings beyond that.
