I wouldn't recommend this company...

I ordered a pack for Valentines night, RM delivered to wrong address (proof seen) and is asked for my mo ey back as its passed Valentines!! I was told I can't have a refund because they need the item back!!
So they want me to waste time and money for them to send me a "replacement" just for me to return it, for my refund?!
Crap customer service. I don't want it replaced, just refunded.
Looks like I will need to go through the bank for non delivery!!

My second case to solve and was as good as the first! My wife and i love setting aside an afternoon / evening and cracking on solving the crime!

As parents to two young children, we don't get many nights out, so this Valentines I decided to look for something fun we could do at home. The case we got was Valentines themed, which we had with food and wine so it felt like a proper date night. We spent the next three hours following the clues and trying to crack the case, which was both something different and entertaining. We would play one of these again. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I didn't think the way one of the characters was ruled out made sense, but maybe if we played an alternative ending it would play out differently.

We absolutely loved it! We played kiss of death for our valentines date night. It was so much fun, very entertaining and packed full of detail. We can’t to get another and play it on a rainy day!

Quick delivery day later than expected but that was due to issues with royal mail
We played the game on valentines night was fun and got ur brain going few delays when doing some on the online clues nothing was showing up untill we tried a few times then finally they would load and the website then wouldn't work for us to fine the last lot of clues the delays on the website did make it drag on but ive seen now that the website was busier than expected we will play again and hopefully not have the online delays so we can complete it in the time stated

Delivery was quick is my only positive really. We had planned to play Valentine's evening ; started the game fine, got the initial email and worked our way through the physical game but when we tried to get online to the website on the hints and tips we couldn't get the website to load - you really need thle hints and tips to make sure your not missing anything so it was hugely frustrating. We ended up giving up, ruined the evening and as it's half term with children home we've not been able to finish it , no time and honestly lost interest and forgotten half of it. For us it was a waste of money. However - if you were playing this on a random weekday and the website was working I think you would enjoy.

I was surprised how many pieces of evidence there was in each case. Loved how there was clues on all of them. The evidence all looks real and loved how there's just enough tech involved and just enough things to work out like the clues to the passcodes for the phones.
Even the emails and the tech part are real and well put together. Had many enjoyable hours solving each murder correctly.
Thoroughly enjoyed both cases and will definitely be buying more in the future.

It was really fun, arrived quickly, well packaged and even just sorting through all the bits of paper and items was exciting and helped build anticipation for our night.

We loved solving the mystery! A perfect little valentines evening for us and something a bit different.

Really good game. Lots of thought and effort goes into all the cases. The delivery was very quick as well.
Only issues was when we had to go onto the website for clues/more interactive parts, the website kept freezing or saying gateway closed.

It was great fun! We really got into it more than I thought we would, and as parents to a toddler, we were able to put it down and pick up where we left off when needed. We even found ourselves talking about “the case” whilst it was on hold. I give 5 star, but some of the key evidence was crazy hard to suss and some didn’t even make sense, and whilst it gives hints, we didn’t want to use them. I realise that’s me just being picky and/or stupid, so not going to mark down for that. Highly recommend the experience.

Because of the lagging I'm connection it was hard to get into a good flow with the clues. Other than that it was awesome. This was the 2nd one we have done and found it really fun. Twist and turns were really good. I also liked the alternative endings.

Enjoyed it so much I bought another. The detail in the pack was brilliant. Had hours of fun with it.

We did the valentines case on Valentine’s Day and it was great until we needed to access the online content which didn’t work. We had people around too and to be honest it was so frustrating as we had spent 3 hours on it and then couldn’t finish it.

The cases arrived really quickly I got a really good deal on buying one getting one half price. Arrived as expected well packaged together and clear instructions. We did one valentine's night and really enjoyed it the system crashed due to the amount of people accessing it but to be fair on a busy night like valentine's is have expected that. Can't wait to do the next one we've even passed it on to family members to have a go.

Couldn’t access any of the QR codes or websites.. therefore couldn’t solve anything as information is scattered amongst the file and email/web pages. The company did say the servers were just overwhelmed, that they’ve updated and they’ve sent me a free top spec package to hopefully give me the experience they intended. Let’s hope it’s a different experience altogether.
