Overall we had a great time with the mystery. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was because somewhere inbetween the evidence and the hints would have been the sweet spot for us. Things were very tenuous at times and open to interpretation. A tad more obvious would have been more fun!

Fun. Not too straightforward. Filled a couple of hours really present and engaged. We did our with 2, but more eis probably both more fun and you can divide tasks a little more.

We bought this for Valentine’s last year and had such a great night that we decided not to go out this year and do another

We were so disappointed this year as the server crashed and we had to abandon the mystery half way through after not being able to access some of the materials

That being said, I have still rated 5 * because the game itself was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed it this year and last and it’s only fair to review the game itself.

I really hope there’s some lessons learned here! I will still definitely be purchasing again

The case was well put together, however we were disappointed as we were unable to complete the case due to technical difficulties as the website kept crashing. We struggled to access hints and most frustratingly the email reply from the detective took over 2 hours to be received meaning we had to stop playing.

Great idea and great fun. Definitely recommend for a fun evening with a partner, friends and/or family!

The case itself was fun, however the website kept crashing leading to the loss of important clues which ultimately affected our decision on the suspect

Saw on an ad on social media so bought it for Hubby for Valentines. We had a great time solving the murder and getting out an old pinboard and magnifier! It was engaging, fun, thought provoking and use of tech was very clever! Thanks sooooooo much for a great evening ❤️

Great fun, easy to get into but not too easy to solve!

Bought this for valentines day for my wife and I to do together. Having 2 young kids we don't get chance to do in person events so we thought we'd give this a shot after seeing several adverts about it.
It did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It took us a few hours and i would absolutely recommend having a pretty large space to organise everything.

We will definitely be ordering more of these!

Bought for a family night on Valentine’s Day. None of the interactive stuff worked so we gave up after an hour.

The puzzles themselves are interesting, my wife and I did the 3 puzzle valentines bundle on Valentine's Day. There are some things that are pretty much impossible without the guide (email passwords for example) which can be a bit frustrating. Aside from this the puzzles are good but the online aspect is a bit of a disaster, we were unable to get pages to load so we were guessing at evidence without being able to confirm it. QR codes/links unable to load caused us to have to give up. Delivery time was good.

Excellent product! We had a fantastic time completing the murder mystery together. It was engaging, well put together, and made for a really fun experience with my wife. Highly recommend!

High quality product, attention to detail was amazing and I loved the extra touches like emailing the lead detective BUT we purchased to use on valentines weekend and there was so much demand it made it very difficult to actually get online. Took ages for pages to load, I got 502 errors and the email response from the lead detective took over 3 hours to come through to my husband (I ended up emailing as well and it came through straight away), this did make it frustrating and impacted our enjoyment of playing

We have done a few of these murder cases and we really enjoyed this one.

Found it hard to negotiate the wen site which crashed and in the end i ordered a different game by mistake.

It’s a great concept and we had a great night in. However the tech side of things let it down. The emails didn’t work (didn’t arrive until the following day) and the digital files took forever to open. If these can be improved would be 5 stars. We found it slowed things down massively.

I brought the game for valentines night. We are stuck but we will hopefully sort it out .
First time ever doing a game like this one , its really really good. I think next time we will get an easier one 😆.
