The phone case they sent was totally different from the photos on their website. Not only color and finish, but the entire design and materials were different. Their customer service said "not everyone likes our product... you can resell it or give it to a friend" and offering $10 coupon (to buy more fake products?). They refused refund, and when I opened a PayPal case, now email every day asking me to close it. Very dishonest. They are also not up front that they ship from China, making returns difficult and expensive. Do not buy.

Literally the worst!
I'm not sure there are so many good reviews because all the bad reviews are true and matched my experience exactly. Cool photos on the web, received a horrible completely different item. So different I really thought they sent me the wrong product. After reading the bad reviews here I doubt it's the wrong product. It's just how they roll. They offered a $8 coupon for next purchase instead a full refund. So so generous! Stay away!

There is a big difference between their photos and products. They sent me a horrible cheap case like $1 products. I paid $30. Be careful, that they are in China, and delivery is taking 3-4 weeks. It is not an honest company.

Worthless the basic cover I already have is better quality. The kick stand on new one is cheaply built, will not balance

I received the product after 3 weeks, the product made with very cheap material and it will break in peaches if I drop my phone. It looks very good in the pictures but very poor quality. They refused to refund .

Wrong case showed up after 3weeks. Several differences in product were pointed out but they refused a refund without covering shipping back to china. Offered a 10.00 voucher to their store. Why would I want to go through it all over again? Terrible quality as well.

My experience was horrible they sent me the wrong case they also refused to give me back my $28.28 talking about giving me a $8 coupon to their store I will never ever shop at store again. their warehouse is in China and it took 4 weeks for me to even get the wrong case and they told me by the time that I send the case back That it will be too late to get my refund and they also told me that I would have to pay for the return. I'm telling you do not buy from them
