We have had many family nights out to Casey’s and can’t wait for my birthday party at the venue in June. Everything is so well organised to the point where I feel I can thoroughly enjoy my night at the venue amazing food amazing staff! Kept it up Casey’s

Last night was the first Christmas top of the pops night for 2022 and all I can say is if you have booked an evening like this here, I suggest you cancel it. We had a table of 12 but only the same amount of food as tables with 6 people on. The food itself was a basic kids buffet, a few sandwiches, some wedges and samosas (one each) and a few bowls of cold pasta. The caberet was like something off Hidi Hi and some of the staff were exceptionally rude.

From start to finish organising my daughters 4th birthday party with Caseys has been amazing,Nothing was too much trouble everything is taken care of from the venue,the food the party games decoration an the best thing was the kids had an amazing time.Special thanks to Josh & Becky who are brilliant party hosts! Will definately use the venue again

I hired out casseys with my partner for our gender reveal party the beginning of November . We hired the vip section it was dressed beautifully , the buffet was fantastic the staff that worked in the day Andrea and Beth were fantastic nothing was to much trouble . Myself , my partner and our family and friends had a fantastic day . Thank you casseys for such a great day . We will be hiring you again in the future for celebrations . I can’t recommend you enough

Had my sons 4th birthday party last weekend and it was absolutely Fantastic from start to finish!!! The kids had a fantastic time and the adults did too!

The party host in particular was great! Will be booking again for my other children! Fantastic value for everything that went into the package!

Myself and my late partner have always had a great time and enjoyed Caseys every time we went. Love hearing the girls ie Liza and Nicola singing. Good value for a night out in fact we would have not driven 110 round trip plus pay for an overnight stay we live in North Wales. They always made us very welcome and treated us like family.I will keep going even as it will not be the same with my partner Brian Clowes

Amazing experience and caters for all ages, staff are always friendly and polite and most importantly helpful.
Definitely recommend for an amazing night out !

I had my engagement party at Casey’s the venue is amazing. The entertainment fantastic the venue is very glamorous and the staff nothing is to much trouble everything I wanted was catered for and not one of my guests went home hungry recommend Casey’s 100%

The worst venue. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Attended a top of the pops night, The food was shocking, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. £30 for a 3 course meal I atleast expected it to be edible. Pate wasn't great and stale bread. One very small thin slice of turkey with one dry Stuffing ball, 2 extremely dry potatoes and veg that tasted like it had been left to soak overnight in vinegar (my friends words before it even came out my mouth). Baileys cheesecake tasted strange. Drinks very pricey and coke and lemonade very watered down.

I messaged the venue the next morning because I'm no chef but I certainly wouldn't let food leave the kitchen looking like it had been taken out of the bottom of a bin. I would've happily returned with my friends as they go often but the food really is a huge let down for them. Especially £30 it's a shambles. The venues overall reply to my message is that because it wasn't bought to their attention on the night there isn't anything they can do about it. I'm not being funny but who wants to be a party pooper and complain.... Just ruins the night for everyone. Honestly if you enjoy hot cooked food I'd avoid. Just take a look at the potatoes that's enough 🤮

Then on top of that they've private messaged me trying to guilt me by saying their staff are heart broken once again and this time by my words and that first time going wasn't good enough for me. First of all if they didn't keep having bad reviews on their food they wouldn't be upset all the time (people are only being honesty and trying go help better their business but clearly they won't take that into account). Guilt tripping aswell is unprofessional and saying basically I'm stuck up because the first time wasn't good enough and because I don't want to return its my fault. Well if they changed their food and served better meals I would've but speaking to people recently it seems the food has been the same for a long time. If the food was good enough first time I would've be leaving this review. After that private message about my review just changes my opinion of the company completely. They even got people to write fake reviews after mine just to make my review appear a lot either down, some fake reviews are the staff.

Couldn't falt this place at all entertainment was second to none food was excellent very clean and staff was so friendly and helpful with our every need ,I've been to several events here and it just keeps getting better definitely booking again can't wait to go to another night out here .

My sister and I had a great time at the New Years Eve Party at Caseys. The entertainment was good with a live act and Disco to welcome in the New Year. The food was also good and we even had cakes provided.
There was a welcome drink on arriving and a shot before we left. The staff were all polite and the food service was prompt. All in all a very enjoyable night. We never go out on New Years Eve and we were not disappointed at all. Thank you very much

The worst night imaginable...
Firstly we arrive to find our table had been given to someone else. we are then put on a table at the back of the room. No COVID safety measures in place as we was chucked on a table with another group of ladies.... (atleast they was lovely!)

The glasses and cutlery was disgusting. Lipstick marks on the glasses and we had to request clean cutlery.

The food looked and tasted.like it had been scraped out of the bottom of Aldis waste bin next door.
portions was inconsistent, the two pieces of broccoli and 5 strands of carrot was cold, the chicken was hot but was covered in what I was told would be a tomato and basil sauce but appeared to be some shade of light grey slightly resembling the slip Oliver Twists wants seconds of. The white tomato sauce wouldn't have been too bad if old Jimmy in the kitchen hadn't slipped when putting the mixed herbs in there. Potatoes ..let's not even... honestly not sure what the idea was behind that monstrosity.

pudding...I got excited... wayhayyyy... food we could all eat as it looked shop bought... looked lovely... cake, can't get that too wrong. It was still frozen... probably would have been nice cake tomorrow!

Waitresses could only carry one plate at a time and tended to bubble by the foot for 40 seconds not knowing what to do with it before actually dropping the plate Infront of anyone.
on that note the waiting staff was all about 13, looked confused, was wearing costumes that looked like my this had eaten them and all needed a good meal... something evidently they wouldn't get from the Casey's kitchen!

Entertainment...wasn't the best bit I can hardly blame Casey's for hiring mediums they think their comedians in order to fill in the silence and cover over the fact there not great at what their doing. private reading were given out of a lucky dip raffle kind of based....two people...two numbers called out all night... just two!

The bar closed at 9... last orders at 9! I'm not sure if it was planned that way or it if the staff wanted an early night? Either way, the staff started clearing Way tables and chair of all the people who had decided they couldn't take the pain of being in the place any longer and had left before the bowl of what we was told was pudding.

Casey's itself is in a bad state of repair ...the who place made me feel dirty... like I was sitting in a shed with dusty tools. Toilet seats handing off in the toilet... it just looks uncared for unloved and ready to close!

Awesome venue. We come here every year for our office Christmas do and we always have the best time. Thanks to you all, we can't wait to be back in 2021. If you're wondering whether to book or not, don't wonder, book it - you won't be disappointed.

I have attended various events at the venue and have also collaborated with them to run an event for teenage cancer trust. They know exactly what they are doing when it comes to putting on a successful event. It was an absolute pleasure to work alongside them. It’s clear from events I have attended that the staff work tirelessly to put on successful events with attention to detail in mind. Casey’s have gained a reputation as one of the biggest live music and events venues across the Midlands, this is due to the wide variety of events they run which caters for everyone. The venue is beautifully decorated with a retro/vintage feel and vibe throughout. It’s the highly recommended perfect venue for that special event or a fantastic night out.

Casey’s is a great place to come to gather with friends and family and have a night full of laughter. We recently attended the Benidorm party night, and everything was great. From the theming to the games and the food and prizes, all whilst being completely COVID safe!

The staff are all lovely, knowledgable and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble.

We really enjoyed ourselves and we can’t wait to visit again when we are out of lockdown!

Having attended more than one party night at Caseys, I felt compelled to write a review. The team go out of their way to ensure your night is memorable, polite and (more importantly) happy staff, gorgeous decor and first class, well thought out entertainment, who could ask for more? Caseys is the best entertainment venue in Telford. I have visited many times and every night has been fantastic! There is no other venue quite like it. I have also been really impressed with the way they have adapted due to COVID.

Casey’s has always been a lovely place to go and have a good night. Themed nights are my favourite it’s just different to what everyone else has! Location is great for me also.
