I have had 2 instances totalling over 650 dollars that never went through. I did a 350 transaction yesterday and it gave me 0 when it would probably have given me 170. Thr ATM is very hit or miss and it shouldn't be.
I sent my mom and one of your attendants gave her a different wallet address, so pathetic!!
Their 'compliance' department banned me over a misunderstanding. To add they are taking 25% of my investment and will refund me on a 'Cash' app after holding onto my funds for 2-3 weeks.

Cash2Bitcoin screwed me out of $2,200 There ATM scanner wasn't working to accept my TRUST wallet so I had already put the funds into the machine so I opted for the only option of a Guest wallet which shot out a paper voucher of my purchase, 15 minutes later when home I attempted to load it in my wallet and it said it wasn't valid , tried several times and finally emailed customer service , who proceeded to tell me I had already emptied the funds !!! well I did not and nobody had access to my paper slip and I was livid. I call customer service and get a rep who was no help and basically laughed at me and said if you take out cash from bank and go back the next day and ask for more will they give it to you ?? WHAT ! thx for the mocking of me who just lost $2,200 in 15 minutes dealing with this awful company , STAY AWAY from their ATM's which I believe are rigged to steal large deposits as they were no help at all to me .
