Bought a Toyota Yaris for £11,000

Bought a Toyota Yaris for £11,000
Didn’t receive the car within the 14 day cooling off period or would have demanded a full refund. Discovered it had been involved in an accident - front grill had been replaced & sprayed a shade that didn’t match the rest if the car. Front & rear sensors were also missing as a result. Dealership group manager (Murray) denied this, adding jargon about it not being involved in a class …. accident. Who cares? Various lies were told by different members of staff. I had to pay for a repair 6-8 weeks after delivery (wishbone ball joint)
Garage agreed to give me a courtesy car & take mine away for further repairs/checks. No one turned up at the agreed day/time. I was told they were only now arranging this, after ignoring things for 4 days. Told someone would call me back the morning I should have received the courtesy car. No one called within a reasonable timescale. Told the group manager wasn’t available. No surprises there! Shocking service. Messaged Mark, one of the sales reps. I could see he was online. As soon I finished reading my text on WhatsApp he went off-line. He was meant to phone me to update about the courtesy car etc. Fat chance! I’ve been ripped off and lied to by these unethical individuals. The group manager was extremely rude and confrontational when I did finally receive a callback during the early stages of my complaint. Don’t buy from this dealership. There must be honest, reputable Co’s out there somewhere.
