I had 2 gold chains one broken weighing around 12 grams. I nearly didn’t send them in as they said on the envelope that only for use for 10 grams and above. I got a call the next day with a quote for £500. I accepted immediately and the monies were sent to my Paypal account a few minutes later. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

2 experiences with this company. The first would have been 5 star. Received appraised and paid for my gold super quick at a competitive price.
Second experience was not so good. Sent my package and awaited phone call with offer. Days passed and I started to think it hadn't got there as I had heard nothing. After a thorough search of my email I found one regarding my parcel telling me that as there was less than 10 grams of gold I have to pay £15 to have it returned or it will be disposed of in 28 days. Fair enough it is in the terms and conditions but I sent over 300grams of gold, a lot of which is hallmarked as gold and as I didn't have the means to test it when I sent the package I assumed that even if a lot of it wasn't what the hallmarks reported it to be there would have been 10g of gold amongst it. I have asked what the quantity of gold is if any and had no reply. For all I know there could be 9.9g of gold amongst it worth hundreds I will be giving them if I don't get it returned. Equally I could pay £15 to return some worthless scrap metal. Unfortunately the lack of transparency and communication makes me suspicious and has turned what was going to be a 5 star review into a 3. I also suggest that changing the name of the company from cash any gold to cash any gold as long as its over 10g otherwise we can't really be arsed to talk to you.
