Why the apps can't load recently as I still have some credit in my account? No any messages from the company being given what is going on?

This was the email received on 22/6 saying it would take 28 days to process my withdrawal. I have emailed twice asking where my money is and had nothing back. I have checked my spam and nothing in there and also Covid isn't an excuse now so where is my money and when will I receive it please?
Thank you for your recent withdrawal request.
Please note it can take up to 28 days to process your cashback withdrawal to allow for retailer returns. If you have received this email in error please contact our support department immediately.
STILL WAITING!!! IT WOULD APPEAR THEY ARE STILL BLAMING COVID FOR DELAYS. PLEASE PAY WHAT YOU OWE.
Dubious business practices
Dubious business practices
They state on their website that it is "completely free to register your card" which is in contrast to the app which states that it will charge you £1. I signed up on the website and was still charged £1... I was however credited with £1 credit on my account but still, this does not equate to it being "completely free" due to minimum spending limits etc. I have been in contact with my bank to request a chargeback, do not give this business your card details.
EDIT: I still have not heard from this business over a week later after emailing but have seen that the wording has now been updated on the website. I also appear to have received extra credit on my account, you would think they would notify me of this. I have now removed all my details and deleted my account, as even with the bonus cashback, the minimum spend for a Tesco gift card is still £20, for example.

It’s taken me nearly 3 years to get £50. When I asked to withdraw the money nothing happened. Still waiting after 2 months. Tried to telephone today twice both times cut of. Don’t think I’m going to see my money anytime soon.

Was halted in the city by certain agents form them. Free application and free cashback seemed like there was a trick, yet so far I haven't seen one. They attempted to suggest the overhaul for an a month to month expense however I declined and will test the application more before I focus on that every month.
Don’t waste your time
Took ages to build up £53 and when I did still not been paid. Been requesting the money since August 2019 we are now may 2020

Great inexpensive marketing system
Great inexpensive marketing system, which I am still using as a consumer. Have earned over £200 so far. Hats off to area manager, Russell Chapman, who became more of a friend to us than a rep.
Easy to use simplistic system
Easy to use simplistic system. The cash back mounts up very quickly. Very simple to obtain payout straight to bank.

I’ve been using this app for a while and it has saved me quite a few quid. My girlfriend introduced me to it as we are trying to save up as much as possible.

Ignore ANY positive reviews. Huge scam
Please stay away from this app, unless you want to be robbed of your money.
I signed up to this app in the street with one of their very pushy representatives. I was told I would only have to pay a £3 sign up fee and would have to actually activate my account if I wanted to pay monthly.
I never activated my account yet I have been charged £3.99 monthly since 2018. I didn't even notice these transactions had been going on (which is my own fault for not checking my finances thoroughly/regularly enough) so I have lost quite a bit of money. I absolutely never agreed to pay monthly for this app, so this is complete fraud.
I am currently in the process of trying to stop any further payments. Ive tried contacting them via phone but every time it rings and then cuts out. I have emailed too and am awaiting a response (which i highly doubt i will even get). I have also asked my bank to stop the payments going through, but I do not feel reassured that it will work as various other people on here have left reviews saying that even their bank couldn’t stop the payments.
Key take aways:
-NEVER give your card number to anyone in the street, no matter how ‘official’ they look
-Check your finances regularly for suspicious activity
-Stay absolutely clear from this scammy app, and probably most cashback apps
LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE
I was confronted by a representative in my local town centre where they promised me wonderful ways to save money such as: Join us and you will get up to 25% off your purchases and 5,000 different restaurants and shops. They snatched my phone off me and singed me up, to make matters worse, they charged me a one-off £3 joining fee and get £5 in return but when I looked at the phone, It said that I have £0.00 in my cashbackapp account and took out £4 the following month. They say that they offer £50 when you have that money built up on the account and free holiday from them if your with them for 6 months and £10,000 if you're with them for a whole year.
These representatives just scream lies to gullible people for their own financial gain. My experience isn't even worth the one star I rate them, I value them at minus 5 stars as they just trample on innocent people for their own profits. After reading some other reviews, They may have gone on holiday and your money might have paid for it.
Luckily I was able to get my £7 refund after contacting the bank to block them, After that, they left me alone!!
Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, told my account wasnt active so wouldnt be charged over a year later and noticed they were taking money out, emailed to cancel but was told they didnt have my information on record so nothing they could do but yet still being charged, if anyone can help id like some advice.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!
I have been trying to cancel my account for months. I have deleted my payment details from the account info, requested a cancellation, sent several emails and I am still getting charged. I seem to be getting charged twice in a month now as well! It's worrying that despite removing my payment information from my account, they still have a copy kept on record somewhere and continue charging me. I am logging a formal complaint and contacting my bank now to deal with this but want to make others aware to AVOID this terrible company.
Consistently have to dispute charges
Consistently have to dispute charges. Just a massive pain point for such a limited payoff. Shopback is just so much better.

Vile company
Vile company. The representatives corner you in the street and force you to sign up. I've contacted my bank multiple times to try and stop them taking money from me and it keeps coming back. 3.99 over months adds up. I'll be taking this to Trading Standards. As of right now I've emailed them and demanded a refund.
Still stealing my money
Was pressured into signing up to this stupid APP in person. Forgot I had the account, deleted the app only to find they had been taking£3.99 from my bank each month. I never signed up to the GO PLUS part of the scheme. Followed their instructions to close the account and remove cards, theyre still taking £3.99 and now I cant access my account and they have no record of my account! Use this app if you want to be stolen from and treated incredibly poorly, I have no way of moving forward.
I have now used this app for 8mths
I have now used this app for 8mths, and have been able to make savings and currently have 82 pounds in my balance, I have drawn out some now and it arrived into my bank. Its a very easy way to save and I am very happy with the results, this is of course cashbackapp UK I presume I am in the right place, as there are many of these savings apps all with the same name. it depends on which one you are using I suppose to see what results you get.
My advice is to check the app rating on the app store before loading it up and using it, my one has over 135 positive results and reviews which settled me down after reading the reviews here.
