While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Newly minted company intimidate and threatens!

When a newly minted company tries to intimidate customers and potential customers with childish and toxic threats, caveat emptor!

"...We have some news for you!
This week we obtained a subpoena to find out who you are. We have now found out. Today, our legal team team contacted you at your office but you were out of the office. (Ask your receptionist she will tell you)

The facts:
1) you have never used or joined our service.
2) you continue to use defamatory methods in posts to try to scare people off our service and just plain outright defame using words that bring our company and staff into disrepute.
3) you have some sort of fascination with our Ceo's previous legal proceeding against exactly this … defamation. And you actually show the legal links!

You out all people, with the job you hold should know better.

We are asking for:
1) A public apology, and confirmation you have never used our service. And agree to cease and desist in this nonsense

If you fail in doing that, we will have no hesitation then to issue you with a court attendance here in Sydney in front of a district court judge. Yes you would have to travel here for the proceedings. One thing that wasn't mentioned in the papers, is that we sent the other person into bankruptcy. If you want to go down the same path that's fine by us.

Our company and staff will not tolerate your behaviour towards us as you think your safe hiding behind an alias on this board. Well that alias is now unmasked. If you don't believe us, we can share it up here for the world to see. Your choice."
