Steven was very helpful from the beginning of my rate shopping for a cash-out refi, and the process was seamless and super efficient. I began rate shopping on 10/10. I contacted CashCall to inquire about their beat or match policy on 10/11, and Steven was very friendly and helpful. I provided Steven with the best rate offered by another lender on 10/13, and Steven provided me with an even better offer within the hr. Once I submitted my application on 10/13, multiple eDocs were signed within the next several days, home was appraised on 10/22, and loan was funded on 10/26. My mortgage has been with Chase for years, they occasionally send me info about lowering my rates but, for one reason or another, never come thru. Then I heard a CashCall ad on the r

Fast. Easy and trustworthy

I shopped for this refinance over a 5 week period. Comparing the programs of other lenders with CashCall, this lender was very competitive. Because I had history with this company, I decided to ultimately choose them as my lender for this current refinance. This company is efficient and thorough. This transaction was completed within a three week period. Since my mortgage amount was less than $200K, I did have some fees to pay, yet again, as compared to the other lenders I spoke with, these were minimal. Should I choose to shop again for a mortgage product, I will certainly check out CashCall before making a decision.

I was hesitate to call Cash Call thinking of them as a small loan company and not a mortgage company. My sister just did a refinance with you and said she was very happy and I should give you a try. Back story I tried to refinance last year and it was the worst experience ever and my loan never went through despite my homes equity. My first point of contact was Joshua Brindle. .He was very nice, comforting (putting me at ease since my stomach had flashbacks of last years fiasco) I gave him some info and i had been approved within hours. I never celebrated because I had heard that before and was very disappointed. Mind you it was Friday afternoon and an appraiser was at my house that Monday and that Saturday the notary was there. I was beginning to believe Josh but still was reserved. In the end I got a call the loan was funded and i had a check waiting at the office. I did not cry cause i promised Josh I wouldn't. My experience was so quick 14 days and the hassle was hassle free. I have already shared my experience with other home owner friends of mine. My life has changed, saving hundreds a month and paying off my massive debt. Thank you so much Josh & Lynn and even the notary guy despite the fact he was a Raiders fan. :) One happy camper!

I feel that communication wasn’t clear especially for those people that are doing it for the first time it is a very big step for them to take so you guys should take the time and go over and explain each step of he process also reply to message left within 24hrs customer

The only real issue I had was that my insurance and taxes were supposed to be rolled into an escrow account and when we went to sign it stated I waived the escrow. Now when I get my first statement I need to have you guys add escrow payments to my mortgage.
