Very easy and simple process. Could not always get a hold of the loan officer or loan processor, but the follow-up was pretty good.

CashCall concept is terrific, no up front fees .. if they don't deliver it's on them. .. but they always do .. Tiffany and Steven we're terrific to work with 5 loans closed in weeks .. try to bear that !!!!

Entire process took just over 2 weeks, and that was because I was gone for a few days and couldn't get them some documents they needed. I would definitely be recommending CashCall.

They are fast, but some errors needed to be redone more than once.

Loan process was smooth as they want your business but nce they complete your loan they wont even bother to answer any of your additional questions. They say its 0 cost loan but in reality its not, they charged me hidden fee of $380

Totally recommend this company for a refi it literally took two weeks to complete. Paperwork was a breeze. Very happy with their service.

They’re quick, but you kind of get lost in the process, there was no follow-up. I had to contact cash call to get information regarding required documents. There was no communication regarding funds needed to close, when they said there would be no closing costs. I was contacted the day before my rate expired asking me for a check. The notary person they sent made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I emailed the loan processor to see if my loan funded, received a one word email “yesterday”. Wouldn’t recommend cash call to anyone else.

By far the best experience with a mortgage company that I've ever had. My agent and processor were on top of everything and responded to my emails or calls promptly. I could not believe how fast the whole process took. My loan closed in less than 2 weeks! I would recommend CashCall to anyone I know and I will give them a call next time I purchase or refinance.
