Your customer service skills from some of your team members really need improving. I dealt with a team member was very rude, abrasive and arrogant towards me anytime I tried to talk to her. If you guys want to keep clients/customers you need to do better because if I ever talked to a customer the way she talked to me I would be written up or even fired by my boss

No credit check payday loan bull crap
I have had 2 payday loans back 2 back but now I apply for another one they decline me because of what's on my credit report. They say no credit check payday loans but guess what they lie cause how else do they know what's on my report. These soft credit checks they can do with out us knowing helps them not us but my ability to pay back and I have isn't good enough like they say other places mean no credit check even if you apply for a loan they check your credit for that and that only then they give you a payday loan but NOT THESE GUYS so beware

Website didn’t work, received an email to help with the application while they fixed things, took/stole all my info and haven’t heard anything back in days, multiple emails haven’t been answered. Pretty sketchy if you ask me. ICash and loanexpress are much better

They should not close the offices
Amanda from St. Paul AB office is amazing. Such patience and walked me through all the computer stuff. Went through some tough moments but she helped alot.
