I have been using Cashdeck for as long as I can remember and they have certainly made the process of writing a loan so much easier. Their customer service for resolving any issues that rarely occur, has also always been impeccable. Cannot fault the team at Cashdeck, thank you for your service and keep up the great work!!

Analysis report is much better than Illions. We like cashdeck more than illion

CashDeck is the leading software for bank statement retrieval and living expense analysis available. I've tried the alternatives, and none of them are even close to CashDeck.

We use CashDeck a lot, and find it very easy to use. As a small business, we rely on the tools we use to be dependable, trustworthy, ease of use and of value to our business (& our clients). CashDeck quite simply is. And on the very odd occasion, we run into a problem, the team is very quick at responding and finding a solution. They're awesome. :)

CashDeck is an excellent, easy-to-use platform that allows quick and efficient access to client bank transactions and statement data. It saves me valuable time and effort when verifying income and expenses. On the rare occasion an issue arises, such as a linking error, the CashDeck team is always responsive and helpful, providing timely and effective support. I highly recommend CashDeck over other bank data software solutions.

Prompt Service and an excellent product. There is room for improvement and that is simple to do in my opinion. The PDF for Responsible Lending Analysis is 120-150 pages long and cannot be emailed. Is there something that can be done to ensure the PDF after being downloaded can be emailed and not 75MB.

Have been using Cashdeck for a few years now and it's absolutely enabled a streamlining in our business processes. Any glitches we encounter (usually operator error) have always been resolved quickly and professionally by the Cashdeck team. The IM service makes contact almost instantaneous.

Works most of the time. Some customers a skeptical about security so we've had to prepare statements around this. Would help if Cashdeck addressed this specifically by allowing customers to easily access information about how the technology works, why it's secure and who Cashdeck is.

We use Cashdeck every day and to be honest without it our ability to assess the bank statements for a client's loan application would be severely hindered and 10 times longer at least. The support is great. the reporting we get is fantastic and the cost is easily worth it. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a simple bank statement analysis tool.

Love using CashDeck to automate bank statements request for my clients - the process is so simple and it also analyses the living expenses so I don't have to manually review all the transactions. The support team is amazing and has a really fast turnaround time to troubleshoot any issues (no matter how late in the night)! Super impressed with the level of support provided by the team.
