Very simple process. Everyone was courteous and professional including the driver. Offered more than anyone else with way less hassle.

The process was pretty easy. At times a little redundant but still easy. I would have definitely like a larger offer for my vehicle but it was still more than what was offered on a trade.

The process was pretty simple and turn around time was quick. Cash was inline with offers from dealers like CarMax.

Got an offer when I set this up online... when the came to pick it up, after taking a bunch of pictures and "sending it on to the office" my offer when from $300 to $130... I was stuck and had no choice.... I was honest about the condition of the car. This is a rip off!

We had a pick up time for 11 didnt show up called said they be there at 2 never showed up again. Very frustrated.

The entire process was easy and seamless. No surprises. I thought the offer was fair. All of the people I dealt with were pleasant and easy to deal with.

Called in and got a quote. The day of pickup the tow truck driver walked up and lowered the price due to the wheels?? I immediately called CashForCars and was told that the information for the wheels was missing (because the person I spoke with never asked about them) so they are sorry for the confusion. Told me I could send the driver away but the next tow company could offer me even less. The wheels on the car were original so they had all the information based on the car year, make, and model. Feels like the old bait and switch scam. They said that they would escalate my concern to a supervisor and I would get a call back. That was a week ago and no call! All customer service appears to be overseas. If tow company gets to negotiate the price then CashFor Cars shouldn't offer a quote.

First, the driver who came to pick up the vehicle did nothing wrong. He was great. This company itself I am not happy with. They offered one number via website/email, then when they came to pick up the car, took pictures, and because of the tires alone not being aluminum, they cut that offer in half. How can you as a company do business and offer one number and then cut that offer completely in half? Ridiculous.

the team at cashforcars was immensly helpful and patient with me and my phone connectivity problems, especially askew, i cant remember his name but i greatly appreciate his help

The whole experience was seamless. It was so easy. It was almost too easy! I put in the information online and got a call back. Settled on the price and they picked up the vehicle the next day and wrote me a check. Doesn’t get much easier than that! Plus, it was more money than I expected to get so that made me super happy 😊

Great offer. A little bit of a breakdown getting the correct documents, but once we got it going it was easy as can be. The tow driver was excellent.

Anthony was the representative that took my call and gave me a very fair quote on my vehicle. He was very kind, understanding, and professional. Even offered to get my vehicle picked up same day! The tow truck driver Charles Keen was also on time, very kind, and did a fantastic job! 10/10 Thank you CashforCars! I'll definitely recommend to family and friends
