They offered over $100 more than others, picked the truck up within two hors, and the money was in my account before they left the driveway. The process was easy, the men I dealt with were very polite and professional. I would definitely go to them again! I'm in a small town in northern Alabama.

Once I put my information on the web, you guys called, made me an offer and when Imade the appointment for the car to be picked up, you were there. You kept your word through the whole process and my offer went up, because I had less miles than quoted. The tow truck driver even showed empathy, because my car was in the impound and I had to remove items from it.

Same day pickup, fast and efficient
I called the toll-free number and someone immediately called me back; after I upload vehicle photos and details, they came back with an offer, then scheduled a pick up time with me on the phone. The driver came with a bank check on the same day and helped me remove my license plates. The process was streamlined and very efficient! Would highly recommend.

The NotSoGood: Would very much appreciate if Dispatcher stayed in touch re: pick up schedule. They had told us they would come the same day. WOW! In the end, they weren’t coming but did not even bother to call to let us know. Had someone waiting ALL DAY. The rest of the experience was good.
