The process was very simple!
The process was very simple from start to finish. I reached out via email to a local Copart manager in Concord, NC who put me in touch with a rep. I worked with Josh Nevore and all our communication was via phone, text and email. He was very respectful and thorough with any questions I asked. I just had to submit info about my vehicle and a few photos and then once I received my offer, I got the title notarized and sent proof of that. Once that was all complete, pickup was scheduled within a week and the tow truck driver delivered the check at pickup and I handed the title over. The offer was very fair for the vehicle!
