The experience started out great. I put in my information got a offer and accepted it. I got a phone call saying we well be there in 15 minutes. My car was not cleaned out. No time was set up. "Im 15 minutes away". I rush to clean my car out. The guy shows up and gives me 150.00 less. Now its dark. The guy is making excuses. Mind you the car runs. It hasn't been in accident. Im now arguing with the guy. He gives me another 50.00. Im sure he pockets the rest. Making his side hustle from Acre Auto out of Detroit. I have never done this before got ripped of and didn't know different carriers were assigned. This was a terrible experience. At this point Im over it. Take the care and go!!!

Easy Service
We were able to handle most everything over the phone. I didn't have to move the vehicle myself anywhere. You came right where it was and picked it up. I received more $$ than I really expected and had to issue with the check.

Slow service
Slow service , scheduled pickup with cashforcars.com because they offered 488, peddle offered 400 and another company offered 465. I scheduled pickup for noon and no one showed up, had to call around 4 times getting transfered to get in touch with a driver and a 12pm pickup was delayed over 4hrs, honestly with the lost time spent that I had to take off work and the slow service I wouldn't really recommend this company because they are slow at what they do and every time you call the tow truck driver they are taking their time delaying pickup
