Overall good, but internal communication could be better.
I thought the communication was good between myself and Cashforcars, however the communication between the different areas in cash for cars was lacking. I had to call several times because information wasn't conveyed to dispatch. I clearly gave my address for the check to be mailed to, but those issuing the check didn't have it causing delays in payment. Overall it was a good experience.

Too many people and tel numbers
Too many layers to go through to get the car sold. Too many different telephone numbers. The first person that set up the price I was never able to talk with him again. All support team from then. Then had to talk to a different person to arrange the pick up. After all that talking and arrangement, the tow drunk driver did not know who to make the check out to, even after I handed him the notarized title with my name on it. Just some feedback but I appreciated getting a reasonable price for the vehicle. Thanks
