Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! They asked for a signed title to be sent online? Who does that? Then when I argued , the guy said that there is a lien on it since 2021. You, moron, it is the finance lien which was cleared in March 2024. I have a title in my hand!

I didn’t believe it at first. I was afraid to answer the questions that were being asked. However, everything was legit and the customer service, promptness, and overall experience was amazing!! BTW, you receive your check on the spot.

I’m glad that I called
A lot of the transactions pertaining to your documents are done via phone/picture texts. I did not feel safe with this aspect of the call, but they did explain why it had to be done this way. So, if you have any discrepancies or old liens that should be cleared or corrected, they need to see what’s really going on before they dispatch a driver w/ your check. The entire process is painless and fast. I was just glad that they served the Madison county area. One more thing, some of the representatives could learn patience.
