I sold them my vehicle and it was a very inefficient process. I was supposed to be notified two hours before they came to pick it up and they never showed up on that day. They showed up on a totally different day and took the vehicle from the dealership without contacting me or providing payment. (I also had an issue with the dealership releasing it to them without letting me know.) I then had to make arrangements to go and pick up my payment which was 30 minutes out of my way, I will never sell to them again. Poor communication.

Bernard was very nice and he worked at the person time, very respectful and everything was relaxed.

The customer service was great, from the guy taking my information over the phone to the guy that came out and picked up the vehicle. You guys are awesome, keep up the good work.

Was quick and easy. Came on a day I requested to make sure I’d be here. Very friendly company.

The lot never called. I called them and they informed me they had the wrong timeline. After a decent hold time the logistics gal informs me they will pick up the car Saturday. Well Friday evening well after closing I get a call that the driver wants to pick up the car. So we hurried home and the man spoke such poor English and could barely write. As a result we were shorted four dollars on our guaranteed price. The whole things was not handled well nor was any apology forth coming.

Overall, good fast service

Had to go through too many hoops to resolve our payment issue Finally had to travel to Haslet lit to recover promised funding after being told we’d receive the mishap within 48 hours and it actually took a week.

Gave me a good value for my vehicle. Prompt pick up and payment. Did what your representative stated on the phone.

My car had 78k miles and the guy on the phone would not listen or look at title and odometer, it was a mistake at yearly register they put my 2012 Chrysler mileage 116k in the Kia spot on the form. I showed the correct form and he wouldn’t look so I said forget it pick it up, not happy on that part…… the pick up was smooth but I am still burnt on being short changed on the deal

Everything in the process was perfect until I went to Bank of America to cash the check. They wouldn't cash it because the amount required 2 signatures and it only had 1. I was told to destroy it and another one would be mailed to me OR I could drive to the "yard." I drove 75 miles round trip to the "yard' and they gave me a new check. I am sharing this mishap so perhaps you can improve upon what was an overall easy and efficient and fair process. Rick

The whole process was very easy. Everyone was so nice. They picked up the vehicle.

The whole experience was great. I had entered the information online and received a call shortly afterwards. After confirming a few details a price was settled on and the pickup was scheduled. I received the check at pickup and all was done. Very easy and very safe.

The communication, the follow up and keeping the appointment.

The extended hold times on the phone and having to be transferred to multiple people to make an appointment was annoying. Then I receive explicit instructions on how to sign my title and when to be at the location for my car to be picked up which was a 4-hour window that I needed to be available. Well, that time came and went and I didn’t hear from anyone so I called and was told that the driver was running late and to give it 2 more hours. Once that time passed, I called again and was then told that my car was in their yard. I was livid!! Not only did I not get a chance to go through my car and retrieve my belongings, but I still had the title, keys and did not receive my check!! I was placed on hold for another extended period to be told that it was their fault and they would send the driver to me to get the title and give me the check. He arrives after 7:00pm and hand-writes a check and messes up two of the numbers, so he has to write another one. Just when I thought the ordeal was finally over…the next day I drove to their bank to cash the check so I could have the money immediately, and their bank won’t cash their own check!!! So I call yet again and am placed on hold. I’m told to try again. So I wait in a 40-min line to cash the check again to be told they can’t do it, so I call again. And I call yet again. They tell me that there was a hold on the check but it is now clear. So a third time I try…and this time the bank manager takes the check and calls someone and finally comes back to cash it…4 hours later I leave the bank with cash. Never did get my stuff out of my car though. The ONLY positive is the people at the actual yard that I spoke to were very friendly on the phone throughout the check ordeal even though I was upset.

It was a good experience. The tow truck driver was friendly. The whole process was quick and easy.

I was very worried ,at first, if this was Valid .If you are worried ,don't be .The process was easy , YES easy ! They gave me top dollar for my Van ! The customer service experience was great ! The experience was smooth.The Driver who picked up the Van was on time and very polite. They do tell you to wait 3 hours before taking the Check to the bank . I just took a picture of it and sent it to my bank .After one week the check was cleared through my Bank . This company is a Valid company .I would reccomend this company to Family and friends

This company offered me more money than ClunkerJunker and Junk Car Girls. I would have loved a little more money for my car, but this worked out as they towed it for me. I would use them again. At first, I was hesitant because the customer service were language barriers, so I assumed it may not be legit, but it was the check cleared, and I was on my way.
