Good outcome, mixed satisfaction with overall process.
The initial form and subsequent phone conversation were very helpful. While the offer was lower than some other online sites, my confidence that it was a legitimate offer were much higher.
Once I agreed to sell the car, the follow-up calls with the logistics team were quite frustrating. They did not provide much specifics and offered limited flexibility in scheduling the pickup. I was required to reserve a full day for the pick and was told I would get a call an hour before the tow truck arrived to take the car. The actual car pickup went smoothly. Also, I received no confirmations along the way, even after asking for one.
