We had a broken vehicle sitting in our small business parking for months, but the CashforCars team made it easy to finally get rid of it.

It was fast, easy, seamless & the entire process was so simple.

I needed to get rid of a car that belonged to my daughter and shopped around on the internet and settled on Cash For Cars after speaking with Maheshwari who took my call. The entire experience was easy, clear and truthful. I decided to complete the deal after giving the details of the car and I believe I was given a reasonable price. When the driver came to collect the car the very next day he was courteous and helpful and wrote the check for the agreed upon price, no questions or haggling. I had my daughter go to their bank branch and cash the check without a problem. The entire process was done very well.

I liked the quick transaction process. However there were too many people to deal with in getting the deal done and having to repeat myself every time I spoke with someone new at CoPart.

I was told that the driver will give me the check at pickup time. John the truck driver said that I will receive the check in the mail!! That was that! Later, I called to confirm but the person was surprised and confused as that is not the system but she said she'll ✔️ and get back to me. Before she got back, I got a call from John saying he was supposed to have given me the check that morning, and will stop by in an hour and sure enough, he was there with the check!! All's well that ends well.

Joshua Nevore was easy to work with, answered all our questions and provided all the information needed to make the deal go through.

The biggest waste of my time and some of the worst customer service I have ever had to endure. Scheduled for a pick up for Friday from 9 to 5. As time got closer to 5 I called to make sure everything was still ok. First call the rep told me oh they have until 4 to call so wait. 4:10 rolls by so I call back and the same rep says oh they have until Monday to get it. Why the heck did we schedule for Friday if that was the case and why did not one let me know they had to push out? Her response oh do you want us to take back our offer? The most satisfying part was telling her yes I will not be doing business with you guys and hanging up. Thanks for making me search for someone else. Peddle picked up Saturday and paid $200 more.

I still have not gotten paid.
I got three different checks from your driver for various reasons. The last of which the bank has refused to cash. I have Fed Ex my check to you office and hopefully you will cut me a new one that I can cash. After I get my money my rating should change. The girl in the office was fantastic Martene Larkin, very professional and hopefully she will clear this up
