Teddys Cash 4 Clothes Norwich…
Teddys Cash 4 Clothes Norwich (Brickmakers) I read the reviews and was slightly put off. But the lady there was lovely and kind and the money was welcome!

I used the cash for clothes centre in Hertford, the service was amazing, it was my first time using the centre and the worker was really lovely and explained the whole process to me really well.
Cash4clothes
Cash4clothes - b&q car park, Leicester.
Rude and vile women with moustache. Evidently didnt not want to be there, place was a tip, with clothes all over the floor, thrown there by the moustache lady as she rejects the odd one randomly.
Terrible stench, held breath inside. Lastly she paid us less than the amount due and no receipt given.
I quietly pointed out to the salesman…
I quietly pointed out to the salesman that a pair of boots I wanted to purchase were 1) not the size marked but more importantly, 2) not FRYE boots as listed. Very politely, the salesman and another young lady salesperson apologized and went to ask the manager/owner who YELLED from a doorway, IF YOU DON'T LIKE EM, DON'T BUY THEM! Amazingly rude, loud, pugnacious. I really thought he was joking, and I said Oh, I like them, but I'm not paying $50 for a knockoff. The salesman and I talked a bit about them and THE OWNER CAME OVER AND TOOK THEM AWAY. I thought I was in the twilight zone...really. He wouldn't discuss lowering the price....let alone allow me to purchase them. I had something else to buy, but decided to let my feet, and this review, do my talking. And no, it wasn't at all busy...noon on a Sunday afternoon.
I am a happy customer
I am a happy customer, I went to Cash4clothes in South Norwood today with my clothes and the blonde lady and her son are so friendly and approachable. They also appreciate my clothes and said they are lovely quality. They always make me feel welcome and will chat to me while going through them. I would recommend them as they are brilliant!
Wonderful service
Natalie colliers wood was friendly efficient and lovely to deal with. Recommend this place
Very bad experience
Don’t bother unless you have new unworn clothes. They go through each item individually and only take perfect clothes and shoes. Felt very uncomfortable while waiting and in the end told them to keep their money. Will not do this again.
Very good service
Very good service, clean premises nice lady and man pays for clothes straight away, will use again
Keston unit
Keston unit. Very unpleasant experience and made to feel all the good quality items were rubbish. Had to sit while they went through every item. In the end I put bags back in the car as I couldn’t be demoralised by it any more. The money wasn’t worth the treatment and I won’t do again, the local charity can have it.
Bad service
I went to the shop that is in Sunderland Southwick. The service was awful as the guy went through each clothes piece trying to find fault in it. These peices of clothes were all clean and fashionable and he was only interested in completely new stuff. When I pointed out that it was not what it was written on their leaflet, he became really angry and started shouting. It was appauling as this guy from abroad has never seen expensive makes and do not know that they tend to have darker colours etc., never again I will use them. What a difference was with their next door neighbours at Fulwell Road, no problem, very chatty and welcoming. Please avoid this shop at Southwick, better give to the charity.
Great service
I found the whole experience was good, the customer service emailed me a few times with updates and the delivery driver phoned me with a specific time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sittingbourne cash4clothes
Went to the shop in Sittingbourne, I didn't want to throw the clothes away as some of them were really good. The woman was extremely rude to both myself and my little boy (who didn't move off the chair once).
I didn't cash them all in as would rather give them to charity than be treated like that
Very poor experience this morning at…
Very poor experience this morning at Leicester B&Q Cash4clothes.
No information how much for 1kg. No recipe.
Attitude of the lady working there very poor.
Waist of time.
For 15kg of Clothes I received £6.
Never again.
Would rather take to charity shop next time.👎
Appalling Experience
This was the worst experience of collecting clothes in Southampton I've had with any company by far. Collector/driver was extremely unprofessional and rude. Ignored any questions I asked and threw out neatly folded clothes onto the ground near the bins, calling it 'trash'. This man went on to take pictures of 1 or 2 items to conclude an entire suitcase of clothes was unacceptable and proceeded to pull them out of my hands when I picked them up. He then drove off not after insulting me and refusing to clean up any of the clothes he threw out on the ground outside. Service was even worse, refusing to address the issue and claimed nothing could be done about it. Terrible service.
I had the worst experience with…
I had the worst experience with danielle. I made an appointment and the scheduling was way off. Two days later I called asking what happened I was told today for sure. Over 400lbs of clothing was left in my front yard. We ended up giving it to people and children indigenous that is my people. Instead think twice before you call. My girlfriend said they showed up to her house with a hand held scale and was very unprofessional. At 10 cents a pound I'm sure the clothes are being sold for way more. It's not worth the argravation or stress support you local charities.
Rudeness of workers was unbelievable.
Went to Hull (Chamberlain Road) cash for clothes. The people were extremely rude, will never go back there. There was a forklift truck going backwards and forwards at very high speeds. Considering there were customers walking around it was very dangerous. Disgusting place.
Never again
I will never ever do cash for clothes again. Very rude women. Poor service. I did have a lot of bags. After a while the lady gave up and gave me good bags of clothes back because another customer turned up and I was told she didn't have time to look through the bags anymore. I was there first!!! What happened to "first come, first served". Bad luck Cash for Clothes because I had more clothes and it was even better stuff. I am now going to quite happily donate to a clothes bank.
Awful service I feel bad even giving…
Awful service I feel bad even giving pass by flyers, they do not give you money for the clothes you give
I will use them again
I wish there was an option to give a zero star rating
We completely wasted our time arranging a collection by Cash for Clothes. We are clearing out my mother in laws flat and have over 20 bags of good quality , spotlessly clean clothes to get rid of - too much for us to easily take to a charity shop. Cash for clothes agreed to call today to take the clothes . The man they sent round could barely speak English , pulled a couple of bags open and bellowed “old, old” while pointing to the rancid cheap nylon sports hoodie that he was wearing. We thought that he was telling us that his clothes were old but finally realised that he was saying that the clothes he had come to collect were too old and were not comparable to his cheap and nasty sportswear! We pointed out that most of the clothes were new or almost new and the majority were good brands (eg Jacques Vert, Planet, Windsmoor). He kept saying they were old and walked out. We were speechless by his unprofessional attitude and by his sheer ignorance. He didn’t even notice the two near new Burberry raincoats hanging next to where he was standing! The incredibly surly and miserable woman who arranged for the collection gave no indication that there was an age limit on the clothes they collected or that Cash for Clothes only takes new cheap sportswear rather than good quality, expensive clothing. We had a two hour wasted round trip.
Don't waste your time
So after sitting for hours waiting for him to turn up The guy was so rude and unprofessional rude wasn't even the word for it
Nothing was wrong with clothes instead he ripped all the bags open made a mess started shouting at me then started cursing me in his language (like I don't understand it)
