I had a great experience and absolutely recommend this company for an easy, safe and quick way to exchange gold for cash.
I did my research when deciding how I wanted to go about cashing in my gold jewelry and pieces. I looked to pawnshops, that give much less, and local buy gold / diamonds etc, that require making an appointment during working hours .
I turned my attention to online buyers and made the choice to use this company.
I received my pack by mail within 2 days. Packed up my gold in the pack they sent using the label they sent. I chose the USPS that took 2 days to arrive. You can chose a quicker option with fedex I personally went with the USPS that took maybe a day or two more. My gold was insured as it traveled.
I was kept informed every step of the way by text. I knew excatly where my package was and when it arrived. Was told it would be 24 hours to get my quote. It took much less, by morning it was ready to veiw.
I had a technical issue on my end, my phone glitched when attempting to approve and chose paypal. I decided to call to correct my error and check how to rectify.
I'm glad I did. John helped me out. I was offered my original asking price which was a nice suprise. Of course I accepted it.
John was able to continue my paypal preference for payment. He sent it through and informed me it would be 2 to 3 hours to see payment. Great!
Again, they really suprised with my payment being available in less than an hour.
All in all, my experience has been more than positive. They exceeded my expectations. Customer service is top rate. I can't say enough about the help received by John.
This was absolutely the best choice to receive the most money for my gold and save me valuable time. It was such a simple and easy process.za
