A+++ from start to finish
From start to finish, working with Cash for Silver was a breeze. They were immediately responsive to my initial questions via text before I sent my silver to them. The shipping process was very straightforward and they provided clear instructions. The appraisal came in just one day after receiving the shipment, and responded to my inquiries immediately. John was extremely kind and helpful in subsequent emails and he went far above and beyond, offering me significantly more than the initial appraisal. It’s my first time selling and I can’t imagine turning to any other company the next time I have silver or gold to sell. I trust them implicitly and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Shipment was fast and hassle free, and they offered me a fair price for my old jewelry and melee diamonds. They also paid me for a gold ring that had been repaired with something less than the purity of the rest of the ring, so the in town gold place wouldn't take it. Overall, the entire experience was quick, efficient and painless.

I sent a 10k ring with black Onix stone to sell to make ends meet after an unexpected problem came up. They made me an offer but it wasn't enough to help me make ends meet. I messaged them and with very quick response they got back in touch with me. I was surprised with their kindness and they gave me a one time boost. It was $10 over what I desperately needed. I don't know how to thank them enough

I sent 4 rings in. I was very disappointed and shocked at the offer. A few days later I sent an email regarding my disappointment and soon after got an email back stating there had been a mistake in my original quote. I received a new offer that was almost double of the original. It was just a little lower than I had hoped but it was acceptable. I agreed and I received payment quite fast after that. Overall experience was positive
