While the customer service is good,I sent in a diamond ring,that per my jeweler had a value of at least ten times( or more) of what I was offered! It wasn't even scrap price.The weight in gold per gram alone is twice as high,( at least) of the offer,just for the gold alone..Gold is around 2900 oz.This isn't my first rodeo in jewelry,I'm very knowledgeable about diamonds,gemstones,gold etc.I expected a fair offer,this was insulting to my intelligence.I will take it back to my local jeweler for their offer!

We shipped her ring back to her at no cost. While she considers herself knowledgeable, there appears to be a misunderstanding between the retail price she originally paid and the ring’s actual market value. The entire process couldn't have been easier. You pack your stuff up, take it to FedEx, and before you know it you've been contacted by email as to their receipt of your shipment. From there you can tract your status with a Pak # they supply you with. When I was concerned about not receiving my offer sooner, I was able to talk to a live person who took the time to look into the issue and get it resolved. The offer was very fair. I am waiting for the check, but I am confident that it will arrive as promised.

Overall I had a great experience with Diamonds USA! Even though the estimate was lower than I expected, John explained to me why they came up with that price. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and he clarified all questions I had.
Even though the offer was lower than my expectation, he tried to reevaluate and offered the maximum offer he could. I really appreciate how they handled the business with customers!

I am very impressed on how well this company handle the entire process. They were very quick in sending the package for me to send my goods. The instructions were very short and simple. They were fast in reviewing my goods and very generous in their offer. They wasted no time to send payment and the things that they would not take back to me. They send tracking number so I would know at all times where my package is. Also, they would send me text messages letting me know at what part of their process they were working on. I was very annoyed that my offer from you for 3- 14 k rings was about 36% of the melt value. I called the next day and luckily got to speak to John. He calmed me down and reviewed the appraisal and found some errors. He made another appraisal and offer and we agreed on it. John was very polite and sympathetic to my concerns.
