This company is a joke! I've had the app for the last 18-24 months basically playing some every day building points in no rush to cash out. Maybe a bad thing on my part. About two months ago I figured I'd go ahead and cash out some of my points towards a gift card, so I pulled up the rewards and get a notice that my account is locked because of unusual activity. No one but myself has my login and the same points that I got are still there. I reached out to their so called customer service got a automated response. By Friday of the first week I received another automated email saying that with it being the upcoming weekend to resubmit my issue on Monday. This has been going on for about 6 weeks. Granted I'm a patient person and I like to make sure I have exhausted all ways before I take my final step. I know I'm just one person and in the grand scheme it will not make a difference but I do work with a large amount of people who game on their phones and I will relate my experience to them about this app. I'm deleting the app and all the games that are associated with it and and advising others to not waste their time.

Love it and fast to earn a few dollars, but please add more games like raid shadow legends and other popular games and not those annoying puzzle games like monopoly go and other annoying “reach level 30 for barely any gems!” games please!

UPDATE: I wanted to provide this update for other users encountering the same problem I did, because commenting here with the review below was what brought resolution to my problem immediately. The following day after I left the review, I got a (non-automated) EMAIL reply from CashGiraffe's customer service team, saying they had manually unlocked my account and I could go back to my regular use of it. Sure enough, I closed and reopened the app and my account was unblocked. I could go back to playing games, my points were all still there, and I could again withdraw the money I had made via PayPal.

I was so happy to have gotten the problem fixed within 24hrs! I had struggled with no resolution for a couple weeks. If you've encountered this same issue, go ahead and do what I did and they will help fix it asap.

I changed my review to 5 stars after successfully logging back on and getting my payouts again. After this incident, I feel like CashGiraffe proved again clearly that they are supportive to their users, and provide a legitimate money-making opportunity.

I am having the same issue that several commenters below are having, and I see they are getting customer service responses so I am hopeful this will finally be the thing that works.

My account got temporarily blocked in the last 2 weeks as well, seemingly due to a tech error as the app's written update said. I have been trying to get ahold of customer service to review it and re-open my account so I can get back to playing. I have reached out in the app via the support form many times, and several tickets have been opened, but I haven't gotten any help with this issue.

This is my most recent support request ticket ID: 2248780.

I LOVE this app and have been using it regularly for 2 years with zero problems. I have found it to be the best (and my favorite!) money-paying game app, too. My review would be 5 stars if I could get this issue easily and finally fixed.

Can I PLEASE get help resolving this issue? I would greatly appreciate it.

This is actually legit depending on how much time you have. I’m a stay at home mom and I was able to cash out within 3 weeks $40. It did come to my PayPal within minutes and I definitely recommend this app! It just depends on the time you put into it. Btw I only made 1 in app purchase of $5 on one of the games also( which I never got credit for so that’s my only complaint). So play this app if you’re lookin for a little extra grocery money etc! Thanks for your time!!

If i could id give it a negative. Their help line is non existent. Ive been trying to get help for the same issues for months with no reply. Absolutely awful. I wish cash giraffe could just get with the program and help me. ,!,, beware of this . HELP!! CRAP GIRAFFE!!!

It is great. I had already cashed out $2.50. I am amazed by this app. I didn’t know anything this app until a couple of days ago.

Cash giraffe payouts thru PayPal do not work. Tried numerous times to contact customer service to no response. The whole point of the app is to make money and this step doesn't work!!!! Stay clear of cash giraffe!!!!
