I absolutely love this company! I was recommended to them by a friend after their competitors were taken over and took production out of the UK. Whinberry give me real pleasure ordering from them - their products are just beautiful. For my initial order I required advice and it was given to me quickly. The help was superb and genuine. They have good offers, and offer very personal service. Highly recommended.

Great little site, love the range and reasonable prices. Dropped a star because the tracking number didn't exist, which made me nervous as to whether I would actually receive my goods.

Very happy with my scarf. Arrived very quickly, was able to track the package though tracking details provided via email. Quality is excellent and could not find same size for less.

Have tries to contact twice about the wrong colour received and no reply. Christmas is round the corner and this gift is incorrect.

I’ve placed an order of two cashmere knits and a scarf as gifts. Unfortunately cannot comment on the quality of the items, as they have not been delivered. It seems that they went to a wrong address and been signed by someone else (Aware this is Royal Mail’s failing).

What is concerning is that I have tried to contact them by email a couple of times even before this delivery mess up, but have not received any reply. I have also not received a delivery information so could not be at home to check/receive it. I really would’ve appreciated the delivery info with a tracking service, considering it’s an order with not a small sum (for retail items).

It might be a small company with a staff shortage, but I would have expected a response to a query at least within a couple of days. Not having anything is very worrying

Bought a recycled wool blanket from a market selling directly to the public as I was impressed with the companies ethos, and what they were achieving, however when I washed it the first time, as instructed on a wool wash, without a fast spin the tassels unravelled and the edging started fraying. Sent an email to inform them but never got the courtesy of a reply. Shame as I was hoping this company would be better than this.

Company had emailed me when back straight away but due to an incorrect email address I did not receive it, they have now been in contact and the company offered an apology and a full refund without quibble, however I still have the blanket and the fraying is not major, so was happy to take a half refund. I still believe in supporting local companies when I can, especially if they can put right anything that goes wrong, which they did. Customer service is the key.
