Not even 30 seconds of me putting my info/ bank info in and denied me when carefully reviewed when wasn't even reviewed and I think that it should gave a lower amount to start with instead of just plainly denial....

The process now with plaid is too…difficult

The process now with plaid is too difficult to deal with. your system use to allow an auto sign in for banking. Now you need to upload statements on top of connecting. After 14 years of useing your company I will now be using other companies that are more user friendly for the future.
