DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY
DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY! I dont even know where to begin...their customer service team lie constantly, they have no empathy for their customers, they are rude and just all round poor business.
I was a customer for a good while, always paid my loans on time..no dramas. I changed bank accounts and it was over from there...they kept knocking me back saying my bank was flagged as savings account (it wasnt...just a regular transactions account) then kept kncking me back for that reason, after the final rejection...they said i could not apply for 306 days. Rang the company...they lied and said the cannot overide the system.asked to speak to manager...was denied. such an infuriating company to deal with. never again.
