Information provided by various external sources

As a diabetic myself (T2), I founded cashnowoffer.com as a way to give back to the diabetic community. A newly diagnosed diabetic, I saw a need to help people who could not afford test strips and diabetic supplies without insurance and a good paying job. I have lived in Chicago, Illinois for over 34 years and am committed to local charities and non-profits including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I looked for a way to help those without insurance and money take care of their diabetic needs and didn’t see many options – I created one. Since 2005 we have been helping people sell diabetic test strips for cash and donating them to those in need at our cost or selling them online at a significant discount. I know the frustrations and sadness of not managing diabetes with the daily testing of your glucose blood sugar. When I was 15, I lost my mother to diabetes and since then have made it my mission in life to help those with diabetes in any way that I can. We are steadfast in our mission in providing test strips to those in need and hope you will help us by selling your unused test strips. I guarantee they will help someone in need – while putting some extra cash in your pocket. A true win-win!

We really needed the money to go toward a couple bills. Oh well live and learn. I wouldn't have marked any start but have to list complaints. The number is disconnected and their facebook page hasn't been updated since 2016. Karma is a b**** so what goes around comes around

It’s been 6 months

I just received and email from “Jon” who provided his customers with a letter basically apologizing to his customers. I sent 13 boxes of 100 count OneTouch Ultra Soft Test strips and 14 boxes of OneTouch Lancets on March 12, 2018. It was delivered to the PO box on March 18, 2018 using the USPS tracking # 9401910200883739861610. I have yet to be paid. I requested payment using PayPal. I have used the service in the past and was paid promptly. I have emailed, called and text and have not received any responses. Because Jon reached out I attempted to reached out to cashnow using the phone number provided on their site 888-210-5233 and the number is not in service. I have pictures of the package and contents along with shipping paperwork. This is ridiculous. Don’t use this company. If they decide to pay me I will gladly come on here and update this post. However, I’m not holding my breath.

What a total hack

What a total hack ! The guy named Jonathan Avila is nothing but a low life thief. He will tell you anything to get you off his back for payment. He continually lies and lies and lies. Says he will pay you today then says he has no more money for the day. Likes to blame PayPal and just a common schlep ! I have all the PM's to prove he is nothing more then a thief an lier. Once he's caught in his lies he blocks you ! Real crap business !

This Company is a scam.

This company is a scam. I wish I had read the reviews before I send them anything. I sent them testing strips almost two weeks ago and expected a check for $160.00. I have tried to email them, but it wouldn't even go through. I just spent half an hour filing a complaint with the BBB. Where this company has an F rating and is NOT credited with the BBB. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM COMPANY ANYTHING!!!!

March 23 testing supplies still no payment

I sent testing supplies back on March 23rd 2018, and have yet to see payment. I would not use this company ever again. I have been in contact through email with them and received response up until July saying they are running behind come August and September I no longer even get a response about my order. So I guess I will take my loss as a lesson learned and never use this company again and it's sad because my husband has used this site in the past with out problems.

It's been two months , no payment. Don't use them

I sent a package of 12 boxes in July and haven't received payment yet. Just received email after sending numerous emails. My email stated back up and can't say when payment will be given. They never answer the phone number listed. It took week before responding to my email. Here it is Sept 4th, two months later. Website says two days after recieve shipment. I wish I would of checked this before using them. Don't use this company.

have dealt with them several years

have dealt with them several years. in nov 2017 I sent a package of supplies and it took 4 months to get my check. I emailed, called, wrote letters and never got one response, in fact a lot of my emails were marked "delete unread" When I did get the check I thought their issues were resolved and sent another package on 3/3/18 and waited 4 months while I had the same battle when I did get paid the check was returned Non Sufficient funds" and that was in June.. The issue was ignored I called the State Police and made a criminal complaint. Per advice of a lawyer, I attempted to write them and notify them by US Mail, that letter was returned Addressee Unknown. Now it is Sept and it has been 6 months since I have waited for the payment. The emails I send to 3 different email addresses they listed have all been sent back Mailer error address unable to be delivered. According to the law of my state I needed to send a certified letter and that came back as well. They also are not responding to the State Police phone call either. As of now they owe me $450.00 I would not put a 1 star but had to in order to report this to trust pilot. I too will be reporting them to the Post Office General and the BB> They are thieves and crooks. By now I think they know the word is out and are openly getting all the strips they can and go out of business. It is now Sept 2018 cashnowoffer has still not paid me so I have issued a complaint with the office of the post master general as it is illegal to conduct this type of business through the us mail and I am preparing another report with the Chicago Better business bureau. I hope they are driven out of business they are still lying thieves and crooks.

They are untrustworthy

They are untrustworthy, & research shows just as well.

I sent a small shipment in January and a large one in May.

No payment! I have called multiple times emailed and I've only got response an email from people supposedly not in the accounting department saying that my payment is in queue.

I think this new owner is a total scammer. They do not communicate well at all. And their customer service is terrible. Don't bother messaging them on Facebook as it is just a automated system setup on their messenger. This company is terrible ....

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I sent 11 boxes of strips in April and still have not gotten paid. They owe me well over $200 which is very much needed. I have had email exchanges with them, I believe somewhere around 18 emails have been exchanged and they have stopped responding. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

I have been waiting since Nov 2017

I have been waiting since Nov. 2017 and I sent 15 or 16 boxes to them.

They did contact me via email to tell me that one of my boxes was damaged and sent pictures of ALL of the boxes.

I am still waiting for the payment for the other boxes.

Just terrible.
