Sold my car with this company. Customer service was excellent i dealt with sinead for the financial side of things and Kevin for the pickup. I was very hesitant letting the car go as I had never head anything about the place before and all i had was a sheet confirming that they were taking my car. I waited very impatiently for the bank transfer to go through but it went through about 3-4 hours after my car was collected. I was offered very close to the value of my car and everyone was extremely nice to deal with. I will definitely use this service again in the future and will be recommending to friends and family. If you are nervous about it being fraudulent or a scam like i was, dont be its 100%.

I sold my VW Passat with CashOfferNow, Sinead contacted me and was extremely helpful throughout the process. I was hesitant at first and wasn't sure if it was a legit service as i did not hear of the business before.
My Passat was under finance and after providing a settlement letter to Sinead, they cleared the finance, came to my address, visually and mechanically inspected my car, paid me at my door and took the car with them.

A Stellar operation.

I sold my car to Cashoffersnow, having got what I considered a reasonable offer. I might have got a higher offer elsewhere if I'd been willing to spend the time but I've used Done Deal etc in the past and felt that it wasn't worth the trouble. I found Ray and Sinéad to be professional, courteous and efficient and I would be happy to do business with them again.

Unsolicited text message including details of my current car. No idea what data base they have access too but I didn’t give permission. Very unethically and untrustworthy considering there response to similar complaints. Maybe I should tag Rag Egan in a LinkedIn post or 10

I would highly recommend, nothing but positive things to say. I spoke to Ken over the phone a couple of times and he was friendly and very professional. I had a golf up for sale and received a very good offer unlike similar sites who were also interested but offered way below asking price. I put my car up on DoneDeal and received a text from Cashoffersnow, I thought it was a scam but after looking up the website I took a chance and I’m glad I did. I put my car up and by the next day I had an offer agreed. The mechanic showed up checked the car said everything was perfect, then he called the office and the money was in my account before the mechanic had the car on the back of his truck. It’s a great service and it’s how I’m going to sell any car in the future.

After a shaky start I can say I was happy with the deal, I got a decent price and the company proved excellent at problem solving so I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Filled in online forms on Sunday evening, had an offer on Monday. Ken contacted me the next day to arrange inspection/collection, car was collected by Ken on Thursday at time that was agreed. Great service, would 100% recommend. Takes all the hassle out of selling your car privately
