SUCH A SCAM ! I personally play on many different online casino platforms ..this platform is the hardest to redeem or cash out of … I’ve been going back and forth for a week and still waiting they give no details on problems or time frame … this is a they have no issue with a player spending their money but huge issue redeeming winnings .. there is also a $100 daily redemption limit but no limit on buying in for a day ? I had issues with them a while back but…
I had issues with them a while back but had decided to check them out one more time and see how it went. At first it was all good but then came my redemption this time and I'm still waiting. They don't give you any information other than it's in queue which is obvious because you can clearly see that from your end or the other one is that they know how frustrating it is waiting for your redemption but rest assured it's in queue and will be processed as soon as possible. 2 weeks is a little while to be as soon as possible. You put your money into their platform and win just to be told hurry up and wait. I gave it one more shot and that's on me but I'll never put my money into them again that's for sure.

Need to update customers
Really nice variety of games to select from. Nice returns. However redemption was placed and waiting on progress to be updated. Unfortunately they don't give any time frames of when it will be processed. How can they expect you to buy another package when you have no clue as to how long it takes to get paid?
