Horrible withdrawals
Great deals, great games. Worst withdrawal process I have seen. Withdrawals are capped at 200$. My first one went through in a few weeks. My second one has been processing for well over a month now. How can you expect me to play on your site when I’m not receiving my money?

I hit a grand jackpot for the first…
I hit a grand jackpot for the first time and went to redeem but it was rejected because they needed more verification. They sent a link which I used and they keep rejecting my proof of ownership of my bank account. So they keep sending me the same link. My bank wont give me a pdf copy of my bank statement so I asked to switch but no one will respond. Ive asked multiple times for a human rep to respond but nothing. Ruby their employee of the month is a bot! How can a bot be the employee of the month? I asked her that and she laughed it off and said im not a real employee. So now I. Thinking this is probably a scam. Im never gonna get my redemption am I?
**Update its now going on 2 days and I still have yet to hear from support. Ive tried and tried to get them to help me but at this point it feels like im being ignored and will not be getting my redemption. I just wish one human would reach out and help me. Ruby the bot keeps telling me she has put in my ticket that I have tried with no success, but that's all she can do. So what can I do now?
