Lightning speed service

Very straightforward, communicative, and professional. I’ve used their buyback service a few times, and the process has always been smooth. I haven’t purchased anything yet, but I’ve seen some very fresh gadgets on display at their main office in Kingston. Thank you, Team Cashoot!

Reliable company

Reliable company! I had another pleasant experience with them selling my phone. Quoted price was the price paid. Payment came in very quick as well. Will do business with them again.

Super quick & efficient!

I was a little apprehensive to use a service like this, having never done so before, but honestly it was so seamless and quick! The money was in my account as I walked out of the store! The guys at the local store to me did a great job checking my device and explaining the process. Cashoot messaged me on Whatsapp with my customer number and what to do after I submitted my details online. And I was paid lightning quick. Deffo recommend and would use again! 😀

Hello,

We reached out to you via your transaction number and it seems the issue you had was that we gave you a lower amount on your device than we had previously.

We explained that in the mobile phone industry the value of the latest devices falls over time. As it gets closer to newer models being released, the value of previous models goes down.

This means we need to reduce the price we offer a little bit every few months.

Hope that explains a bit about why the price may go down over time.

I was about weary about this company at…

I was about weary about this company at first but checked on here for reviews and I have to agree with the 5 stars done my quote online took the phone to my nearest authorised phone shop which for me was only 5 mins away and the whole process took from start to finish about half an hour and the payment was straight in my bank decent price too
