Newcastle phone drop off
The shop I dropped off my phone were new to the cahoot, however they were great ambassadors for the service with how friendly they were. The operator on behalf of cahoot talked them through everything and once sorted, the money was transferred within minutes of me leaving the shop. Exactly the price quoted on the website so no complaints at all regarding the service

What an absolute scam!
What an absolute scam!! I sold my phone and it offered £220 on website and I received email confirming to take it to my local shop and they would assess the phone and payment realised in 30mins.
Got to the shop and they advise they've never heard of or dealt with this company and has the cheek to offer me £150 for a private sale!!
Furious is an understatement!! Research before using this company!! Absolute farce!
