We haven't been contacted about your delivery directly apart from receiving this review. We were contact on Friday by the courier stating that they have been unable to delivery your parcel and attempted many times without success.

No serial cables in box
I note that they didn't have a serial cable in the box but I had some spares and the rest of the experience was very good with very prompt shipping and delivery. Also the quality of that new model seems very good for the price.

As discussed on the phone, we did think the Element Printers had the serial cable in the box. Many come with serial cables but more are now coming without them by the looks of it. I guess there are a lot only using USB now, however, as we discussed there are alot still using RS232 interface. We have added the option to add serial cable to the website so appreciate your feedback in relation to this product.
