Raising my review to three stars after they returned the money taken from my account, after trying to withdraw £150 and recieving nothing. Interestingly the lady on the helpline said there was nothing they could do about it since they "weren't a bank"?? and I had to contact my own bank at 11pm to start a "link discrepancy investigation". After having just posted a one star review though, I've been refunded. Something odd going on here and seems lots of others have had similar experiences, I'd still avoid.

Absolute criminals after 21 days still not got £200 back. Called cashzone criminals they put phone down on me when asked questions…

Yesterday the ATM at Shell garage Crossbank Bradford took £251.99 from my account and didnt dispense it!. The cusomer services put the phone down on me this morning. Im left with zero in my account and up to a 12 day resolution time! DONT USE CASHZONE ATM!

no money £200 recieved from the cash zone atm at the co-op in burchester place place , banbury but took the money out of my account.they are a bunch of out and out crooks and thieves, no help from their so called customer services.have been to my bank who will try to get it sorted

Springfield co-op Ipswich This ATM is used by scammers. The ATM does not reject the card. Criminals went to a Tesco about 5/10 mins walk. Took £250 cash then £40 and spent £90 in Tesco. Bank refunded £290 but can't refund £90 so have to call back. My transaction was at 1.36pm. At 1.46pm and 1.48pm they had carried out 2 cash withdrawals and brought £90 at Tesco. Professional fast scammers be warned. Co-op shop asst can't do anything. Moral of the story don't use ATM unless it's in a bank or reputable shop. The end

Tried to withdraw £200 from petrol station ATM, received message saying "Unable to complete this transaction; you have not been charged" then another screen stating "Sorry, Out of Service, Online". Mortified to find the £200 was debited. Garage wouldn't get involved, nor Cashzone, now waiting 17 days for NatWest to investigate. Could vomit with stress, :(

Absolute shocker, inserted my card, selected English, machine restarted keeping my card, no cash, no card, customer service non existent, call repeatedly dropped, ended up walking home at minus 4 c, truly shocking service, if you can't supply this service then you should not supply this service, time to make it redundant.

Cash machine failed to dispense £250 but debited it from my account. Cashzone refused to refund it saying I would have to raise a dispute with my bank as anyone could just say they had not had the money. I don’t understand why they would not have a record of whether the money had been dispensed. Have raised a dispute and hope and trust my bank will kick them to ensure they make the refund promptly.

We tried to withdraw some cash in ibiza. The ticket come like everything went well, but the cash never came. Money has been debited from our bank account and it's been 2 months now that we are trying to get our money back...

I am in Australia and I think everyone should be aware of these ATM's as I went to get some cash out and wanted to do an enquiry before to check the account was correct. It said a fee of $2.75 and I pressed Ok not realising it would then just spit my card out? - to get my cash I have to go in again and pay another $2.75 as there was no option of another transaction - HOW SNEAKY is that and double dipping :0

Went to withdraw 160 gave me my card no cash but says so on my bank account now broke sqlat waiting for my own money back! Why not make them out of order before we stick our card in and steal.our money

I went and used one of your machines in the coop in Stockbridge, only to find out, after it returned my card that it was not working from a shop assistant, when I suggested that they should put a sign on it explaining that it was broken, I was told that they were not allowed to because it belonged to your company not the coop, this is ridiculous, why can't they put a sign on it instead of letting people use it only to be frustrated.

I've been using the same cashzone cash machine for years. Clearly says it's FREE and has never charged me before, even when using my revolut card but this afternoon my daughter used her revolut under 18s card to withdraw £10 and the cash machine charged her £3.99 access fee. I spoke with cashzone on the phone and they said it's not their fee, it's Revolut's charges. So I spoke with Revolut and they assured me it wasn't their fee and I can see on the details that the cash machine has taken £13.99, and clearly says 0 fees on Revolut's part. So we're staying away from that cash machine now!

’m beyond frustrated with cashzone after a terrible experience with their ATM. Three weeks ago, I used one of their machines to withdraw £250, but the machine didn’t dispense any cash, even though it was deducted from my account. I immediately contacted customer service, expecting a quick resolution. Unfortunately, I’ve been given nothing but empty promises.

I’ve called multiple times, and each time I’m told my case is being escalated or that a manager will call me back—but no one ever does. It’s now been over three weeks, and I still don’t have my money back, nor have I received a single follow-up call as promised. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I am extremely disappointed by [Bank/ATM cashzone's lack of accountability and response. I trusted them with my money, and now I have to chase them just to get what’s rightfully mine. I’d advise everyone to think twice before using their services—this could easily happen to you too. Stay away from this company if you value your time and money!

My partner has been stolen £300 yesterday from this cash zone , the biggest scam fraud , why these exists if they are doing fraud in your face , try to get cash and they pretend is on and of out of order then give you nothing back !!!STOP STEAL MONEY

Just had to wait two weeks to be refunded after these thief's didn't despence my £190 but took it out of my account saying I wouldn't be charged which was a lie,
Why are our banks putting us through this why don't they stop using this crap company

Cashzone ATM just charged my Debit card $160.07 for a 120 Euro ATM withdraw! That is a 33% charge for a simple debit transaction. Local shops simply charge a transaction in Euros and your bank takes care of the conversion. Cashzone calls it a cash advance, which it is not. In order to get away with this tactic they add their 5 Euro fee and then convert the total to US dollars using their own rate. Then they hit your debit card with a cash advance transaction for the total in US dollars. Transaction should have simply been 125 Euros,

ATM machine at Eltham took my card I called the company and they told me no one has access to my card cause it’s gone into a lockbox and the guys who were filling the machine told me two different stories. 2 hours later my card was used 3 times and twice the following day meaning the guys who were filling up the machine stolen my card. I’ve called the company plenty of times and they have refused to do anything about it.
