They are the big fraud company 😡😡
When they want to come to sign the contract they will tell you something after signing the agreement then they will play their game
Specifically the Representative call Sham he is the such a fraud person for his commission he can say anything

Cash point shut down and took my card for no reason

Only gave 1 star because you can’t give less. Wish I had seen this before I used machine. Took the £100 from my account and the £1.99 fee. No cash called number. Call back in 24 hours. Called my bank. You have to call Merchant. How can this be allowed. Absolute scam and contacting the Ombudsman. DO NOT USE.

Very big scamer bank please avoid at all cost .this bank it's not supposed to be in the market and the owner need to be jailed Shame on you scarmer

I had similar experience: wanted to draw 100 euros, but then I cancelled the transaction when I saw the fees. I didn't receive money of course, but my account was charged. I called the number immediately, which said wait 48 hours, it should come back. I waited 48 hours, nothing happenned. I called them again, and then they told me to contact my bank. The bank now says it can take 30 days.. I am fuming!

These machines are NOT to be trusted.
My own loss was small, but others have lost more.
ON MONDAY, 30th JANUARY I TRIED TO WITHDRAW JUST £20 FROM THEIR ATM AT SHORTCROSS SERVICE STATION IN HALESOWEN. THE CASH WAS TAKEN BACK INTO THE MACHINE WHILST I WAS PUTTING CARD AND RECEIPT BACK INTO WALLET. (THE CASH CAME OUT LAST).
COMPAINING IN THE SHOP I WAS TOLD IT HAPPENED OFTEN AND I SHOULD PHONE THE NUMBER GIVEN ON THE MACHINE.
DOING SO, THE CALL RECIPIENT ACKNOWLEDGED THE RETURN OF THE CASH INTO THE MACHINE AND REFERRED ME TO MY BANK, TSB, WHO SAID THEY WOULD. FORMALLY REQUEST RE-IMBURSEMENT TO MY ACCOUNT.
TEN DAYS LATER, AND A FEW REPEAT CALLS TO TSB LATER, I AM NOW TOLD IT COULD BE 43 DAYS BEFORE THE "DISPUTE" IS "ENDED".

Afterword: How about if this had happened to someone of limited means, and had been for £300 ?

This is a scam company and I got scammed. I visited a cash zone atm in Granada Spain to try and withdraw some cash ($397) and the atm said that it could not complete the transaction because there was an error in the service. It claimed that nothing was taken from my account. But when I checked with my bank the money indeed was taken from my account. I filed a complaint with the bank and they fought it with visa but the A-holes at cash zone sent some made up “form” claiming the money was indeed dispensed (not true). Due to that now visa is saying I’m the fraudulent one for mounting a claim. How ridiculous.

Bathgate Co-Op on Glasgow Road machine was making dispensing noise …no cash issued !! but the error message came up on screen saying I was NOT charged yet money was taken from my account.Contacted bank immediately now having to wait 30 days for dispute to be resolved!! Never using cash zone machines again.Can’t even speak to anyone at cash zone.Dreadful they can get away with taking money ….theft springs to mind!!

I wanted to see how much it would cost to withdraw 100 euro in Puerto De La Cruz, Tenerife. I decided to cancel the transaction and my card was returned. No money or receipt was issued. My credit card account is showing £103.72 GBP (100 euro coverts to around £88.00 GBP) My bank has issued a refund and compensation

One of their machines was unable to dispense cash so returned card and receipt stating I hadn’t been charged . £230 removed and the company refuses to accelerate my request for a refund despite knowing I am in a position of hardship. They just keep quoting procedures and I have been refused access to the complaints or disputes section as they don’t speak to custome

This company is a scam, i was carchegd a fee of 25% and hade No way of cancel the withdrawl from the cash ATM

Daylight robbery on exchange rates when using a eurocard in the Uk. In Lytham at Boots the cashzone machine charged me 200 euros for 150 pounds!!!

NEVER EVER EVEN DONT ATTEMPT TO PUT YOUR CARD TO THEIR CASH MACHINES. I WAS TRYING TO WITHDRAW MONEY AND WHEN I SAW THEU CHARGE 3.95€ for 100€ I CANCELED IT AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE MONEY I NEVER WITHDRAWN.

THIS HAPPENED IN CORRALEJO/FUERTEVENTURA/ SPAIN.
BE CAREFUL AND NEVER USE A CASH MACHINE RATHET THAN OFFICIAL BANKS

Bassey food store The worst company
I have them so many times , left messages about my contract . Still no one has contacted me back . I’ve seen engineers take Money in envelopes that machine had not given out . I’m still waiting for call back still no response

Went to get cash out on behalf of my Grandma to give to her great-granchildren for Christmas. The ATM said the transaction was processing, but nothing further happened for several minutes. We called Cashzone to be told that the helpdesk is only available Mon-Fri. We spoke to the bank who have cancelled the card, re-issued a new one, and refunded the transaction. They were extremely helpful, which is more than I can say for Cashzone! I wish I'd read these reviews before using the ATM. DO NOT USE Cashzone machines!!!

On Dec 14 my debit card was "eaten" by the ATM
at Hamsey Green Co-op , South Croydon. it will take 5 working days to get a new one. The postal strike means
i could well miss out on Christmas

Wow can’t believe all the negative experiences with Cashzone — Wish I had read these before I used the Melrose Coop one ,£50 taken no money given. Cashzone Should have their licence removed or retailers should intervene to protect their reputation

Went to draw £200 out to help someone. The machine worked it's way through the instructions. At the end....no cash. Rang the company they said ring your bank and they will fill in a form to claim it back. The cash still left my bank account and the bank said it can take up to 17 days to sort. Disgusting. The machines should shut down automatically when empty.!!!!!

I tried to get €400 from a Cashzone ATM in Alicante (ID 1802). Before I could take the cash, the machine withdrew the money.
I sent 2 emails via the website
I called the service number 3 times, and was told that within 48 i would have a reversal of charges. This is now 6 day ago,
