I was worried playing this site, i had already done 2 deposits before i seen the reviews on both deposits i did get a bonus i had a good win over £1000 i did this withdrawal on the 30th, i emailed them to see if needed to provide any documentation i provided proof of ID and also address, i was told they were verified and my withdrawal will be processed within 48 hours in some cases it can take longer.. Within the 48 hours it's been processed the money is now in my account.
Very quick & a very easy process, thank you for the quick communication and my withdrawal :)

Complete scam. They have just denied a 2600 withdrawal and dropped 1000 from my playing account. There reason was to do with only being able to bet 5 if you accept a welcome bonus. Going by my experience and these other reviews, stay clear

Don’t pay out withdrawal. Withdrawal was approved 13th May, still haven’t got my money. I have sent emails every second day, nothing helped.

I made use of a first deposit bonus.

I deposited a thousand - they gave me 300 bonus. I had a nice win - went to cash out - they took 3pounds out of my "bonus" even though i had my cash still there and ALL my winnings went in to the "bonus cash" area where I was then told by an agent i would have to WAGER 35X OF THE BONUS AMOUNT!!! £10,500 FORKING POUNDS~?!!?!

It's easy to make a deposit. But if you want to take out money there are always problems. They just make different rules and extend the time. Used to be ok and withdrawals would be hindered 1 out of 5, now its 5 out of 5 they make it so much work and hassel with the real intention being to dangle funds and have them replayed. Now the reviews have got my worried slightly 😬 I withdrew today in the hope I do receive my winnings but will update if and when I do 🤗 I think casimba is a very good site with the layout being easy to navigate. I deposited £100 and very quickly won £903. I had some issues getting the withdraw button to work so asked Live Help who talked me through it. I then checked the reviews on here and was horrified with the negativity and thought I'd never receiving my funds.

Under 12 hours later I had an email to say my withdrawal was approved and the money is in my bank account already. Not sure why there's so much hate for them but I was really happy.

Biggest SCAM WEBSITE EVER ! I requested a withdrawl on 19 of April, they requested a proof of address (I sent them my new proof of addres) and they told me that they want and old one also. I HAVE SENT THEM an old one also and since then they ARE NOT REPLYING my email. I sent them 5 emails in different days and NO ANSWEAR.
