Been playing since January and suddenly needed to verify again in April. Support said it’s periodic compliance checks which I understand but wasn’t warned it was coming up.
I sent an email about a bonus issue eight days ago and still no reply. Live chat tells me to wait for email team. Honestly feels like email support doesn’t exist. The games are solid but communication is really poor.
Saw the game advertised on their homepage, clicked it and got a message that it’s not available in my country. Kinda frustrating to advertise something I can’t actually play. Wish they’d filter the promotions based on what’s accessible to me geographically.
I signed up and waited for the verification email. Nothing in inbox. Checked spam an hour later and there it was. Nearly missed the link expiry. Not entirely the casino’s fault but they should work on email deliverability. Almost didn’t get to play at all.
Changed my mind about a 60 EUR withdrawal and there was no cancel button. Support said it was already processing but honestly the option should be there for at least a few minutes.
The bonus terms say slots contribute 100 percent but I noticed some games barely moved the bar. Played Money Train for a while and it seemed slower than when I played Starburst. Asked support and got a vague answer about game weighting. Wish that was listed per game upfront.

Asked chat support what the wagering was on a bonus, they said x30, I took it and found out it was actually x45. Played it anyway but only cleared half before giving up. Really frustrating when support gives incorrect details.
