ROBBERS
On March 24, 2026 my wife and I plan to spend the day at Hard Rock. We went to the poker bar at 10:00 a.m. started playing the machine. A bartender served us he asked what we wanted to drink. I said a coffee for my wife and I would take a mimosa. They gave my wife a little tea cup of coffee. He said you don’t have a players card, I said I forgot it I will go get another one. My wife kept playing while I went to get another card; we were the only people playing for hours at that bar. I came back and gave him the card and said I keep leaving them in the machine. We played for another two hours at the bar. The bartender said he had to charge us $20.00 because we did not have our players card at the time. I said I just forgot I keep leaving it in the machines it you can check I have always had one for years. I probably spent $80.00 or more while we sat there. The coffee cost me $10.00 for a tea cup not even a regular size coffee cup and a little glass of orange juice. This was a negative experience to which I would never stay at this hotel if this is the way they treat customers and cheat them. Please look into this matter.
