My name michal I sign up to the site as normal sign up every thing looked legit had no issues at all I deposited a few times and just played so of my favourite games I like to play I ended up winning around £4500 I was really happy and I withdrew to my account waited for few days haven’t received my winnings so I emailed casino77 asking about my withdrawal and the replied saying I already have a account with them with different credentials so they are closing my account I did not get any information about what they talking about and what account I have with them already with different credentials and they just closed my account after I have deposited around 250 pound and won around 4500 they just closed my account and said that’s there final decision and that’s it they gave no valid reason they did not tell what other accounts I have with them nothing if I had a different account with them why they let me sign up my name is the same my date of birth is the same I have the same email for years now what the reason can somebody explain to me please
