I have played on this site for years now real issues but upon clearing an emailed to me bonus recently, I've encountered a host of problems trying to cash out. I almost exclusively use bitcoin but used a CC due to a promotion that was running. With that it needs a CC verification to withdraw. These things can take weeks sometimes so I hopped on chat and was told in no uncertain terms, if I deposited bitcoin I would be able to withdraw without the verification which takes maybe 15 minutes.
