Overall, I had a really great experience. My only frustration was with some of the promo terms. Certain promos state in the fine print that you can only cash out a specific amount, so even though I won a decent amount after using the promo, they only allowed me to withdraw $50 and the rest was removed from my account — poof, gone lol. I understand there are rules, but it would’ve been nice if the remaining balance could at least be transferred to the Gold Coins side just for fun since the winnings themselves weren’t directly from the promo funds.
